I recently saw a multivitamin (mostly B vitamins I believe) in the grocery store that said it was specially formulated to be taken while you’re currently taking antidepressants such as Zoloft, Lexapro, etc. It didn’t list Wellbutrin XL, but that’s the antidepressant I’m on.

I hate going on them, but after spending half my life with unnecessary emotional distress, I think it’s time to try. St. Johns wart isn’t more effective than placebo’s, and has it’s own side effects, so don’t go there unless you can prove otherwise. Thanks!

After a great number of unsuccessful attempts with prescription antidepressants over a 20 year span, I’m gladly no longer taking prescription medications. No more days feeling numb and zombie-like.
