What antidepressant have you had the best luck with?

Paxil worked the best for me. But it stopped working after three years. I then went on lexapro, zoloft, cymbalta, prozac and finally celexa.

I have been on Remeron and some other one, as well as Celexa (citalopram.) Celexa is the only one that has done anything for me. I am also on two mood stabilizer, one which is shown to lessen suicidality (lithium.) However, I usually feel as though the citalopram is effective.

Out of all the anti-depressants I have ever tried Effexor worked the best, but it didn’t work all that great and I was on a very high dose.
