whats the best antidepressant for someone who has add,ocd,and is bipolar?
with low side effects that dont cause lowered sex drive,weight gain,sleepyness or lethargia?
is there any that make you loose weight?
im OCD and bipolar. but not add.
id say, prozac and lithium… but you have to be careful about the interaction of those two drugs in certain amounts :\

you have to be pretty careful with most antidepressants if you have bipolar disorder. a very large number of them can trigger hypomania in bipolar people.
Besides, there is no one medication that can solve all those problems. Not only that, but you want something that has no side effects and will make you lose weight? It doesn’t exist, dear.
If you really need treatment for All of these conditions, expect to be taking several medications with a variety of side effects.

there is no one single medicine that is best for any of those problems. it may take a mix of different meds, and it may take a lot or a little. it also depends on the person. the only way you will find this out is going to see a doctor that specializes in mental disorders. remember it will also take time to figure out which meds are working best for you.
