Help! What do you think will happen if I took 4 anti-depression pills?

OK so today I think I accidentally took 4 of my anti-depression pills, and normally I take 2. And I have been do work all day like mowed lawn’s and even walking up and down stairs. My chest is kinda tight What do you think I should do? What if I worked out what would happen? Should I be worried? :( HELP

I don’t think it should be a cause for concern, just go back to your normal dose tomorrow.

    Well someone obviously prescribed them to you. You should be asking them (or another qualified medical professional). There’s a lot of anti-depression medication on the market. How are we supposed to know what you even took. Call the prescribing doctor, the ER, or a poison control hotline for advice. Getting medical advice on the internet isn’t exactly safe.
