Accutane I know is for acne, acute acne. I wouldn't take that if it was free. You need to go to a medical site like medlineplus/health or Web MD and look that pill up. You'll be amazed at the side effects and be sure to read the important warning at the top of the page. One of my family members took that and at one time, health organizations were trying to get that stuff banned. I don't know if you are seeing your family Doctor or a Skin Specialist. I would go with a Specialist in skin disorders. There are a lot of things that causes acne like food allergy's and maybe you have to much acidity. That would be anoher thing I would do, have an allergy test done. You don't say why you are taking depressents, but I would also stay away from them. They are dangerous and you should also look those up and see for yourself. Wiishing you the very best sir and good luck.
References :
My experience and opinion.

I think that you should be calling your doctor instead of posting questions on here.

People answer mostly with their opinions.

So, To Be on the safe side I would suggest you to quite taking them together. And go to a doctor asap
References :
No. It says right on the Accutane box "Do not take with MAOI inhibitors" and that people with mental issues should not take them because they exacerbate the issue
