What is the name of President Franklin Roosevelt’s plan to offer relief for Americans during the Great Depression?

The NEW DEAL. It involved making lots of new jobs, like building dams, the CCC (Civilian Conservations Corps) and others. The CCC made trails in national parks, made sure there weren’t any hunters in national parks, that sort of thing. Not sure what else went on, but it was called the NEW DEAL.

The CCC and the WPA were both huge public workfare projects to put people back to work…. it was the "chicken in ever pot" mentality.

There were many programs - which collectively came to be known as the "New Deal."
